This part works great and is half the price (actually less) of a genuine Nissan (which Nissan does not make in this case)

Simply unscrew the bottom of the dash, disconnect the connector, and replace it with this, reversing the connectors and driving. It worked perfectly and at a reasonable price to keep my old Nissan running.

Using the blower motor as a guide, find the resistor. Pull out the resistor by unplugging the connector, removing two screws, and unplugging the connector. After replacing the resistor, all four fan settings are functional.
