Is this compatible with a BMW 545i model from 2005?

The 8841 does not apply to your 2005 BMW 545i, and we do not currently have a kit available for it.

It appears to be odd that it fits the 1988 325i but not the 1989 325i. According to some kits, they are compatible with both years. Is it compatible with a 1989 BMW 325i?

Frustrating because of the smashed parts

I used it on the power steering pump on a 1986 Vanagon ZF. The box appeared to be in good condition, but the shaft seal was bent and the 0 ring that I required had been cut. I had to beat the seal to make it round, and I had to replace the broken o ring and seal because the van could not be turned off. Next week, it'll most likely leak. Because I used it, I am unable to return it. When it starts leaking, I'll need to get another 0 ring.

Kit saves a lot of time and money by reducing pump noise

If you're an A- student, this is the course for you. If you have a 6 Audi and the ps pump is making a noise, don't replace it with a rebuilt one that may have the same problems.

It was a fantastic way to breathe new life into our E36 steering pump (which was installed on a 2000 BMW Z3 M roadster). Find a video on YouTube that explains how to install it; it took me 2 hours /- to complete.

Works with Porsche 944s from 1986 and later

My 87 Porsche 944 Turbo's ZF power steering pump is now quiet and works like new after I installed this. Despite what Amazon's parts finder claims, this kit will fit any 1986 or later 944 with a ZF pump.
