It includes everything you'll need to rebuild the Era truck's power transmission. There were no bearings or races in it, as far as I remember. In fact, I don't believe the gearbox contains any bearing/race assemblies. The only thing inside is a worm gear with a bunch of ball bearings and a cap to keep everything together. The installation of this kit made everything much more secure. This is a power stearing kit. That's the only thing you didn't mention in your question.
