Is this part compatible with my 2000 Jeep Cherokee Sport XJ with a steering box brace designed by Iron Man?

While we can't confirm the fit of the brace you mentioned, the 2000 Jeep Cherokee may fit this.

On a Jeep, have the internals been modified to allow full lock to lock steering? Is it true that the stock durango box does not allow for full steering range in ?

As for mine, it seems to work lock to lock as it did before.

Would this fit an older Jeep Wrangler 2001? Will I need extra parts for installation, or will I be able to use factory parts directly?

They will be sent to the yj and tj respectively. From 1987 to 2002, there were both a first and a second generation Jeep wrangler. The bolts may vary depending on whether you have a Durango or not. As it stands, the gearbox is the same and will definitely increase steering and turning performance. There should be a perfect fit between your factory parts. We can provide them to you at a very reasonable cost if need be!

With a 6" lift and 35" tires, my 1991 Jeep Wrangler has a lift of 6". In the vertical sector shaft of the previous AGR gearbox, lateral play developed. The steering box was purchased for my 2000 Jeep Wrangler as a replacement part. The Rough Country heavy duty gear has previously been replaced with Rough Country components on the front end and steering. The steering wheel play has improved to about the same degree after the installation of the new steering box. The purchase was of little to no value to me, as I experienced little to no improvement from it.

An upgrade for the steering of the YJ

Exactly as described, mounted it in no time on my 92 Jeep YJ (4" lift on 33" tires). Especially useful on highways, as it drastically improves steering response. Feels like the car is much tighter. It would have been nice if I had done it much sooner!.
