It is not possible to open the (Is this the assembled unit with the motor and gearbox)?

How do I find out who made this?

The motorhome manufacturer I bought it from was out of stock, so he sent me to another manufacturer who was also out of stock, and then the manufacturer sent me to Amazon, where I successfully purchased it. Since I don't know who manufactured the device that Amazon sold me, I can't identify it. That was a very disturbing experience when I noticed that the supply chain was flawed. My device works fine now, but I suspect it was made in China and will only last a short time because of that.

Yes, it is all assembled in one box.

Could you tell me if this is a plug-in Are you required to wire it yourself or does it have a plug-and-play feature?

It is as simple as plugging in and playing. This bolt is only 4 inches long.

This seems perfect to me (still waiting for it to install)! So far, I have not installed it, and it appears to be the perfect replacement aftermarket motor and gearbox
