The one I had was for a 2013 Fusion Titanium, it adds cornering stability. Steeda has always boasted that their products can be used in almost any application, so the 2012 version would respond just as well. It would not be a problem for me to purchase a tower strut brace if Steeda offers it. Marketing is done before engineering homework is done

My 2017 Fusion Sport feels more agile now that it has been tightened up.
We installed the component on our wife's Fusion, but did not tell her. The result was immediate improvements in handling and riding. As soon as she got home from work, she immediately asked if I had done anything to her car because it handled the corners much better and felt more comfortable. When they went to lunch with her, the girls she works with (dental girls, by no means car girls), noticed that the ride had changed. It stiffens the Fusion to a great extent.
Install was easy and the fit was perfect. Only because there aren't more colours to choose from did I give it a 4 star and not a 5. A pretty hefty set of bolts came with it. As a result of my air ride setup, I wasn't able to use them.
The price was definitely worth it.
You can instantly tell a difference once you try this method. Nevertheless, I will say this The screws on the mounting points are quite tough to remove, so you will need a drill with an impact head to do it. It's not that the product is to blame, since it is an amazing product.
In comparison to the installation, it took longer to unwrap. I also noticed an improvement in responsiveness and a slight stiffening of the front end. I've been reading reviews, so either it's in my head or I'm imagining it.
This is worth the time.
I really think you're getting the most bang for your buck here. I have it installed on my Ford Fusion 2013. Steeda was right about what he said!.
