No, it'll only fit the LT1 because the intake on the 3800 is too tall. They do make one for the V6, but you'll have to look on eBay for one.

It didn't stiffen things up as much as new soft tires will next Autocross season, but I believe it did. BMR subframe connectors were also replaced, as well as 16-year-old shocks. Wow.
