Adding the bracket to the upper strut towers was simple and it is a clean, high quality part that is well manufactured. It also works well, the steering responds faster, the car feels more of the road, and the handling is improved, too. So I'm not sure why I gave it only four You must drill into the car above the fire wall in order to attach the brace to the frame. I only mounted the brace to the strut towers as I have been reluctant to drill holes in my car, however, even then the handling of all four corners has improved significantly. Most noticeable is the increase in steering response, where there was a small lag in the past. Whether or not I want to drill into my car has not been decided You can buy a Mopar strut brace for the extra money if you don't want to drill holes in the frame and want the brace to connect.

This is a very high quality brace

It looks great. There are extremely tight tolerances on this brace because it is high end. The design is unique, and the quick release makes it easy to work on your motor. You do have to drill through the rear wheelhouse brace to install the back plate, and I mention the tight tolerances because if you screw this up as I did, it won't Be sure to read the measurement 14 times before drilling, and to take this step slowly. I was able to get it to fit by slightly expanding the hole on one side, but I wanted to share it just in case it helps anyone out. In any case, it looks great and works perfectly. In addition to what I stated above, I had a problem with one of the bolts, and contacted Drake Automotive directly. Although they didn't have any spares to provide me, they gave me links so that I could purchase one. Customer service that is good.

This is a superb quality product! It was installed on my 2016 Dodge Challenger ScatPack after I purchased it. I am amazed by the quality! You did a great job with it. A very high quality item and a fast shipping time. Everything fits tightly and precisely. I was very pleased with my order. As can be seen in the pictures, the bar has not yet been mounted to the firewall. To ensure that everything fit properly, I checked to make sure it did. There is a review online which claims that it rubbed someone else's During the summer months, I have a swapped OEM Hellcat hood on my car and it rubs on the insulation, but it doesn't prevent the hood from closing, and because it is just touching the insulation, I don't have any worries about it scratching. Therefore, if you have the Hellcat hood, you should be aware of this.

A lot of times, I felt as if I was floating in the front when turning, but this strut tower eliminated that feeling. I found the installation fairly straightforward, but remember to measure and drill the firewall before going ahead.

It is necessary to drill holes in the brace supporting the cowl. It is very difficult to assemble or disassemble due to the tight fit of the quick release pins. There ought to be a note in the description that you have to drill holes for center support. This is an excellent brace with a very nice aesthetic appearance after installation.
