Questions & Answers

Do these work in the same way as "sway bar links"?

It's not clear to me. I am sorry, but I cannot be of Maybe you should Google the terms to see if there is a difference or call a GM dealer to get an answer to your question.

As you can see, there are two links in the image. How many links are there? Is it two or just one?

It comes in two. Both sides should have one.

Do the bushings have rubber or polyurethane coatings?

I felt as though they were polys. Rubber is not a soft substance like these.

I have a lowered 2007 Tahoe will it fit? Are the spindles on the spindle?

In other words, they measure the exact same length as OEMs. You will be able to use them if you have OEM ones installed

Tips for installing the program
5/5

I was very impressed with the quality of these links, especially considering they are superior to POS original equipment plastic links. Rubber bushings have been replaced with rubber bushings and appear to be made of neoprene. A generous yellow zinc coating appears to protect the bolts from corrosion on the grade 5 bolts. Installing these does not require you to remove the wheels or jack the vehicle. Instead, you simply turn the wheels around behind you and cut the tires all the way out. In addition to one of my links being rusted in half, I had to cut the other one in half with an exhaust clamp cutter in order to remove it. As I installed the new links, I had to pry the sway bar out of place with a pry bar in order to slide the link It helped me if I applied silicone grease to the bushings to keep them from squeaking again. The new link bolt needed to be raised enough to get its nut started so that I could fit the bottle jack underneath it. The device comes with a self-adjusting handle I used locking nuts, but I also used a drop of Loctite to ensure that they stayed in place. As I took my time dealing with the installation, it took me about an hour.

This is an excellent replacement for Stabilizer Bar End Links for 2007-2009 This 2014 Chevrolet Tahoe is a great vehicle
4/5

Integrated with the ACDelco 45G0002 Sway (stabilizer) Bar End Links, they are an ideal replacement for the originals. The original OEM version, which had corroded and began disintegrating, had been installed on a 2007 Chevrolet It was very easy to replace for a beginner, especially if you kept the vehicle in its exact position both after the uninstall and after the reinstall. Taking advantage of some metal primer and blue metallic spray paint I sprayed the spacers between each link and the sway bar, primarily to prevent corrosion but also to add some color to the car. I was unable to screw the end nut on after installing the rubber pads, washers, and spacer on the end link. Even after compressing all the pieces together, there was not enough threading to do so. To get it to grab the bolt thread, I had to compress it with a jack to break it loose. It worked, but was a bit of a pain in the neck. As the end link was shorter than the OEM version and was a little difficult to install, I took a star off for it. Seeing as how I was removing the end links, I thought it might as well be a good idea to replace the bushings too. My preference was the Moog K200222 Bushing Kit, which turned out to be the perfect choice. Initially, the bushing kits seemed to be too tall, but after they are bolted down, they compress and sit flush against the frame, exactly as the OEM version did.

These were okay, but I'd like to try the moogs next time
3/5

The Bushings can't be torqued up to 20lbs without causing damage, and the whole linkage setup appears to have some issues with how forces are distributed across the bushings at the mount points for the sway bar and the control arm. However, having taken the time to look back, I think I would have preferred to use Moogs, and since it was such an easy task, By the way, word of caution if you are so inclined to also replace the bushings on a Tahoe/Suburban, beware that some nut case at Chevy decided a 10mm bolt would be sufficient for the mounting brackets under the sway bar. Due to the level of corrosion and heat hitting those bolts, the bolts will be so corroded and rusted in such a way that you will most likely strip the head off the bolt or break it, which will be a real headache. Just replace the links at the end of the link instead of the entire link. There is a definite difference when it comes to it.

The caveat is that the deal is good but not perfect
5/5

The AC Delco parts were in a factory sealed box, and were genuine. I'm much happier with these than the original links that came with my truck which were very low quality Those with metallic tires (which broke after about 50k miles) are quite rare. This metal-sheathed link is not only better, but it is a third of the cost of what the dealer wanted for the stock part. A twist was in store, however. Another reviewer pointed out that the force did not seem to be distributed evenly through the link when tightening it from top to The next morning, I drove the truck around the block again and noticed that I needed to tighten. It bulged so much both times that I tightened until it no longer fit. A couple of weeks later, I went to check it, and it was all Afterwards I tightened a second time, then kept an eye on it and after another week I had to tighten a bit It has been more than a year since they started working properly.
At first there was a concern that the lock nut was backing off, but it ended up being just a matter of tightening it up on the first couple of times up. A round. For the first few days or so, I probably drove around with the fender loose and didn't notice it until several weeks after the fact.

An investment that is well worth it! This is what I installed today on my 2015 GMC Sierra 1500 SLE
5/5

The order was placed on Saturday morning, and it arrived on It seems like a lot of people mention Moog's or whatever you call them, but I can certainly say that these AC-coupled instruments are the best I have ever heard It is crucial to note that Delco's are of very good quality and that there are no problems whatsoever with installation. We didn't even need to remove the tires to remove the snapped one from the driver's side and for the passenger side we just use our cordless Makita oscillating saw with a nice carbide blade and got it all done in about an hour. AC- would be a good choice for me When you are replacing parts on a GMC or Chevy vehicle, make sure you use Delco parts. Oh, by the way, the cost was ten dollars. I can't beat the price at 96 or something close to that for the left and the right side of the bike.

The ACDelco 45G0002 Professional Front Suspension end links are of superior quality
5/5

Having disintegrated the original bushings in my sway bar end links, I replaced my 2007 Chevy Tahoe front suspension with a new ACDelco 45G0002 Professional. As I turned into one of the uneven surfaces of a driveway, I heard a "clunk. ". It is easy to install them. In the situation in which the vehicle is up on jack stands and a wheel is removed, I used the floor jack to manipulate the bar a bit for the links to fit in.

Exactly what I needed
5/5

The 7th This is a 2013 Escalade. It can also be poly or another material with very good tensile strength. The color blue. It is important to remove the bolts at your own pace. Over the spray lube, I added a layer of lubrication. Give it a chance to A breaker bar was gently rotated 1/4 turn at a time using a small screwdriver. My next step was to spray lube between the bushings and the bolts so it would get on the threads from that location once the bolts were unscrewed a little. I put a lot of anti-bacterial on the new ones A sneeze will make them worse. The bushing and bar contact points as well as both bushings and the control arm were greased with Redline CV grease. I'm super happy with my fit. It has a very firm feel to it. Since then, I have been able to go around corners at the speed of light and have.
