You should move it above the tie rods. like a sponge made of rock, and eventually you're going to tear it up.
In fact, it only took 15 minutes to install, and some of the time was spent just finding the right combination of ratchet and socket. The night and day difference between the stock stabilizer and the stock market. While driving my stock Gladiator Rubicon (stock wheels, no lift) I had to adjust it a lot, as it frequently wandered. The problem has been solved. Now that the steering is more firm and sporty, but with one hand on the wheel, it is now easier to drive. Several of the other reposition the arrow to avoid rocks, but this one just drops into the stock location without any fuss. I am happy with how things turned out.
As so many JLs do, you need to install this stabilizer and dump the OEM stabilizer if you are experiencing steering trouble. There is no evidence of steering issues with the JL according to Jeep dealers and Jeep. A friend of mine has taken his to the dealership several times and the staff says it rides like a Jeep. It is the first Jeep Wrangler I've owned that handles and steers so poorly. I've owned four Jeep Wranglers in my life but this is the worst Neither lifts nor large tires have ever been added to my Jeep. Having a problem since day one is not a new thing. In Jeep's owner forums, people are screaming about things Jeep ignores, such as the steering issue. I tried getting an aftermarket part from my nephew, but it didn't work Rumor has it that the factory units are bad and you should only ever use aftermarket steering stabilizers. Basically, my Jeep now steers and rides like magic not only with this Fox stabilizer but also with the OEM parts installed. It's amazing how something so simple can make such a huge Getting a firm grip on the steering will prevent wandering. You won't need to worry about losing control on bumpy roads at low speeds or at highway speeds, no worries. Ten minutes were required to complete the install. A stabilizer is right there and easy to access, so there's no need to jack up the Jeep.
When turning the steering wheel you have to exert more effort.
The quality of the fox stabilizer was a night and day difference over my skyjacker black max shock which improved the stock one slightly. I recommend that anyone looking to save a few dollars upgrade to this kind of stabilizer.
The wheel will fit a Jeep Gladiator Rubicon 2020. As soon as it was done, I took it for a test drive. Compared to my stock damping, this is an extremely significant improvement. The steering wheel was no longer floaty. Rather than installing them as they are right now on Rubicon SUVs, I don't understand why Jeep doesn't do so. Fox Shocks were installed on my Gladiator. The price was well worth it.
This investment was the best I've made in a while. In addition to the installation, getting tools takes an additional five minutes. As soon as I installed the steering wheel, I could not reproduce the shaking after hitting potholes. With 35s and a 3, I have a 6th grade diploma and a master's degree. An inch and a half This is a great purchase that you won't regret!.
This is the second Fox 2 that I have installed. I have no stabilizers on my Jeep JL 2019. The Jeep now drove a lot better and sounded a lot.
