They certainly ought to. The spacer has no effect on the spring, and these are placed against it. If you're using a spacer, place it first, then this, and the spring will sit in the groves.
It only fits in the back. Part k160040 is required for the front.

For my GX470, I used this in conjunction with the SSO rear coil conversion. I decided to use these instead of paying Toyota's exorbitant price for the OEM upper isolators. I'm very pleased with how well they fit my aftermarket Dobinsons springs. There are no creaks, groans, or other noises coming from behind you - As a result, I'd say they're doing a good job!.

So the 17-year-old ones that came off my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee were thin, just like the new ones, so post to be easy to install jeep rids better I would buy again.
For the rear airbags to coils conversion on my 2004 GX470, it worked perfectly. So far, there have been no issues.
