How Our Score Is Calculated

Product Description

304 stainless steel was used to make the ledaut O2 oxygen sensor bung.
It was made of plated mild steel with zinc plating that protected the oxygen sensor nut bung cap.
I found welding the bung and plug to be very easy and provided great value for money.
This sensor can be added anywhere an oxygen sensor is required
Custom exhaust, headers, down pipes, etc. can be installed easily with this.

Questions & Answers

The height of the bung is how deep is it overall?

0 is the alpha number. With a score of 0, 415 is achieved. Measure the 125th step to fit inside the pipe. Verify that the threads are 90 degrees with the sealing surface.

Do the bungs fit into the bungs of the existing connectors? Thanks so much. ?

If the plugs fit into an existing bung, then they should be fine. My car now has a few unused bungs that are filled by using these plugs.

What is the impact of a Bosch LSMR Is it possible to fit an 11 sensor ?

This is an all-purpose sensor that fits the entire line of

Can you tell me what diameter hole I need in the exhaust pipe? My question arises from the photos, in which the shoulder appears to be stepped. ?

Approximately 7/8" of a hole was made, if I remember. It is not on the weld side, it is on the step area. It is the area where the O2 sensor or plug diameter of the step is the same as the diameter of the

It may not have threads / may not be attached It was exactly what I needed and it came with the proper plug
3/5

The stainless bung was made of high quality material as described. It was not threaded at all when it was shipped to me. In the end, my friend who has the right tap was able to correct this issue, however it took much more time than expected for a simple project. As far as the reviews that mention 90 degree threads go, I believe that this is not correct. After checking the level of the sensor, I used a grinder with a new wheel to match the face of the bung with the mating surface.

This is due to the threads not being Once I had welded the bung into place, I threaded it into the fitting only to discover that neither the surface nor the threads of the bung are As a precaution, I tried a plug and numerous fittings to determine whether the issue was with the bung, rather than My frustration levels are at an all-time high
3/5

Regardless of how inexpensive a bung is, I am not interested. As a result, I have damaged the part I welded this to AND I do not have the whole functioning part I needed as soon as possible.

As the machine tolerances aren't the best, I threaded the plug in to the bung just to verify that the threads and fit were acceptable
3/5

Something was skewed because one side of the bung face had a gap where the plug should have been mating. As soon as the threads are examined, it was discovered that they are not 90* to the face. This could lead to an exhaust leak if your crush washer does not fill up the gap, so be sure to check before welding or try another brand.

I like how it looks, but why is it The zinc plating seems to be what I was looking for, but who came up with that idea? The end cap will be welded on so it's obvious that the cap will be welded on
4/5

A lot of the zinc-plated stuff I weld I'd rather not weld. Within a couple days, I will see how my wideband 02 fits. In the event that any concerns arise, I will update my.

The price was low, and the quality was okay
3/5

The quality of what you receive is directly related to the price. Among the benefits A cheap, o2 sensor thread in OK condition however, the following cons exist The o2 plug does not sit perfectly flat (take a look at the pictures)
I hope it doesn't leak

you should buy the more expensive bungs if you want a perfect fit. The slight imperfections in these shoes won't matter to you, so purchase them. So far, I have not welded them in, so I'll update this review once I've done so.

There is no stainless steel in the plug
3/5

It should be all right with the bung, I just hope the plug can be removed when I put in the sensor later since it does not look For TIG, you need to take it to a pro.

This works just fine
5/5

Exactly what do you want Prepare the 7/8" hole by drilling a hole 7/8" deep. The stepped bung can be dropped in right away. It needs to be welded The sensor needs to be installed. In my case, I cut my thread straight.

I am very pleased with the This is an excellent product for its price
5/5

I like the way it is Despite being not as tight as they should be. You can also use this drain plug as an alternative to a 02 sensor if you get crazy and want to go wild.
