An O2 sensor plug is all that's required to install this. There is a chance that you'll trigger your check engine light if you don't reflash your computer (stock computers require the O2 sensor to function).

A big problem with mine was that it seized up. The dang thing broke two extensions when I was trying to get rid of it. I was amazed that it held up for so long that an 18 inch breaker bar could be used to remove it. About the first four threads still remained in the bung when it was finally removed. It took a few passes with a thread chaser to get the threads clean. On the other one I purchased, I was able to mount it an additional few The software has not caused any issues for me. Ensure that the steel is of high quality. The hex socket proved to be tough enough to handle the amount of torque we used to remove the motor. I'm trying to find a good anti-oxidant It might be possible to use a squeeze that can run this.
Sensors for air compressors that measure the amount of oxygen. Obviously I needed this, so I purchased it from Amazon. The product works great, and it was exactly what I wanted, at a price I could bear. I saw it on another website at a good price, but they wanted $8 for it. The shipping fee is 95 cents! There were a few of those I had to purchase Having installed the plug in an O2 sensor port that was not needed in my application, the plug fit well and sealed the unused port well. This would be the first item I would purchase if I need to use another O2 sensor port.
I have a 2004 Pontiac Vibe AWD that needs a rear differential fill plug. The original hex plug was removed by previous mechanics. A hammer and vice grips were used to remove the item. O2 sensor plugs have the same specifications and are basically the same so a new crushable washer and some antiseize compound seem to have worked well and saved myself a few bucks on an.
The O2 sensors are no longer needed since I have a power commander on my motorcycle. It would have been easier and quicker to disconnect them rather than just remove them and use them as plugs. As far as I can tell, no crush washers were included, but it appears that they are not needed as no exhaust leaks were observed without them. I own a BMW 1200GS.
This product is made of good, sturdy materials. The thread fits perfectly in the hole for the 02 sensor. I have used these on a variety of different makes and models and they have all fit as advertised.
Not much to say about it!.
