Earlier this year, our Grand Cherokee received a new rear wiper motor. Our goal had been for the auto shop to install the motor while the engine was being machined for the overhaul while we planned for some major engine work to be done. When I received the call, the motor still did not work, even after the switch was replaced. I watched him show me that when this machine was powered, the motor would only click I would recommend Amazon to others and will continue to do business with them. I am satisfied with how the return to Amazon went and how Amazon credited our credit card.
