The AC Delco OEM module is the only one to use
5/5

My investigation determined that the wiper motor or column stalk was the cause of the problem after checking all fuses, relays, pumps, wiring, and grounds. the module was the cause of intermittent wiper failure proved to be correct when my wipers worked even after the module failed. Obviously, the stalk switch was not the problem the problem was the module. In fact, even the dealer was not sure and was planning to replace both parts for about $700. This AC Delco module can't be found in any parts store and your dealer will only sell it for 180 if it comes with a new wiper motor. I think Amazon saved 86 from a bad situation. We spent less than $200 and he sold me this OEM Delco module that plugged right in and gave me back my windshield washers. I'm glad Amazon Prime is available to me.

I use it all the time! It was installed by a woman and is a great product
5/5

The product did exactly what it was supposed to do! Neither of my windshield wipers would come off, and they were stuck on intermittent. Several people tried to convince me that it must be the wiper motor, but the wipers were working, they just couldn't turn off or work at a different speed, so I knew it must be something else. Upon research, I found that this particular part frequently malfunctions and causes exactly the same issues that I was having, so I decided to purchase it and hope for the best. I found a few YouTube videos that provide basic directions on how to install this part, but they were not very specific. On several different discussion forums, I found tips and guides on various topics It was simple to follow instructions, and put all the data together and sent it off. Remove the wiper arm completely in order to remove the plastic cover so that you can get to the area where the relay board is attached. As much as I would have liked to have taken video of the process, it was a trial and error method, so I do not have video. In order to remove the wiper arms, the arms have to be raised toward the ceiling, releasing the tension on the spring as you try to pry the arms off. That was definitely the key to removing the wiper arms. In the end, I had to use a wrench to pry the wiper arms off using a battery terminal puller, which didn't work for me, so I had to work them back and forth while prying upward with the wrench. From the time after everything was removed and the area where the part was attached could be reached, the process went smoothly. A quick slide of the plug was all that was needed to secure the board. You have to make sure that the small plastic dial is installed in the same location as the one you removed from the old part. It looks exactly like the factory part and everything lines up just like it did with the old part. A repair shop will be much more expensive to use and this product is much less costly. It should not be difficult to install this part if you have any mechanical ability and a little patience. I am thankful I was able to find this part and avoid having to pay a repair shop to fix it. Normally, this would be more expensive, but this one was much cheaper and worked as described. As needed, I will update if I run into any issues in the future. The wipers on my car are now functional again, and I'm really happy.

Ignored the crazy wiper behavior, but GM engineers could do a better job on this
5/5

Easy to replace, but GM engineers could do better. I had a problem with my wipers on my 2006 Trailblazer. They wiped whenever they felt like it. I had to temporarily remove the fuse because this happened whenever they felt like wiping. I realized that it will take a puller to remove the wiper arms as soon as I got the part. I had to spend about forty minutes replacing the pulse generator when I ordered some and received them too. While there was no shortage of places to hide this sensitive electrical panel in this huge car, they decided to place it right where all the dirt, water, and elements of weather would fall on it all day long. According to my calculations, oxidation did the rest of the job after the thin rubber seal was blown on the original part. As a result, 2 stars for value for money is still too kind for me, since the complexity of the board does not even explain the price.

The installation process is easy The product is perfect
5/5

Chevy Trailblazer owner here's a look at his life. You have to fix some electrical problem every now and then. The first thing that happened was the windows would not We now have the wiper motor pulse board (just fixed it). A 2006 edition of this item was purchased by me. The package came securely packed overnight and I was able to access it immediately. It can be installed very easily. WD- would be the best option If your nuts and screws are stubborn, keep some WD-40 or olive oil on hand as an aid to removing them. To use these tools, you'll need your socket wrench set (10mm) and torx wrench set (T-nut The 20th amendment). Although it took me an hour to complete the project, the stubborn nuts and screws contributed to the late start. As long as you do not have any of these issues, you should have 20 minutes. A couple of YouTube videos were helpful for me. I wish you the best of luck with.

The item arrived as described, and was easy to install (after I detached the wiper arms)
5/5

Getting this OEM part from a dealer will cost more than doing it yourself, and you will also have to pay more to have it installed by them. I found that removing the wiper arms was the most challenging step, since mine refused to come off. To loosen the arms, unscrew the retaining nut until it's flush with the arm pin and tap the nut using moderate force until you can loosen the arm. On the 2007 TrailBlazer, there are 2 10mm nuts (I think they're 10mm) in the cowling, and then there are 3 push-lock nuts in the cowling There will be several pins on the hood once you open it. It's possible to remove the radio antenna if you want (I did) and then you can get to the wiper assembly behind the cowling. Despite the fact that I completed this work two days ago, a lot has been forgotten since then, but I believe the wiper assembly was fastened with 13mm nuts. Then, unplug the wire harness, remove the four torx screws holding the motor pulse board to the main assembly, and remove the motor pulse board. The new part will fit on just like the old one did (note the position of the "thing" inside), and then they will be reassembled. THE ONE AND ONLY COMPLAINT IS If you happen to have thrown away any of your screwdrivers, feel free to replace it with the new ones from GM, for whatever reason they used.

The fact that I no longer have wipers is all that matters to me
4/5

After my wipers began acting like they were possessed by demons, I had to buy this. A number of things went wrong, including the wipers turning on and off depending on what setting was selected, the water jet not working with the water on and off without being activated, and the wipers not working properly when a certain setting was chosen. You know, that kind of stuff. I had no trouble installing it since it was perfectly sized. took care of all of that, but looking over it, it seems to be an awfully expensive thing for the very little it does. I don't think it's a microcomputer at all, it's just a plastic case and a cheap.
