The product does not mention the year of manufacture, only There is a list of other cars that are compatible with 2008 as well. In my opinion, I am not sure if it will work on a TSX as I am just a customer, so in my view, I would research Acura TSX just for fun.
It is possible to swap out the required part and cause it to work when you purchase this latch. I did this to make it work when I purchased this.

I do not believe that this fits a Honda accord coupe from 2007. The latch features a piece on the back that does not have the orginal trunk latch. Thankfully, my husband is an adept fabricator - he just cut it off*. Despite that, the project was not easy to handle. The fact that it says it fits my car is an added bonus.
