There was almost a chance that I would take away one star because the bit provided to remove the original pin is basically worthless

Metal is not really cut away by the tool. With the amount of frustration I was having with my stuck shifter, this product made every one of my 5 stars. While driving around, I would have to repeatedly coax my car into gear, which was embarrassing. It was almost enough for me to take away one star since the bit provided for drilling out the original pin isn't worth a damn. does not cut away at the metal The use of this bit seems to be unique to me. I was lucky that my friend had a metal cutting bit, so we were able to remove it after 15 seconds.

My 2006 9-inch computer has been repaired Aero 3 is the third one. In my opinion, the item would not be appropriate for DIY except if you are used to taking your car apart. I would have given the item 5 stars except that it took almost twenty minutes to drill out the same existing pin, so I would appreciate a harder.

This fix on the 6MT cars fixes the stiff shifter issue very well. you're working on a V6 Aero, you'll need to remove the turbo heat shields, upper and lower, and loosen the coolant reservoir. As long as those pieces are in the way, the gear tower cannot be removed or replaced. I knew this beforehand, so it took me four hours to overhaul. I would estimate an hour and a half from start to finish if I had to do it again.
