Product Description

To repair your RV slide out motor, we offer a brand new 181 metal gear set.. The need for a new motor is not necessary right now.

Metal Size 5 Part Number 014-191072/014-132682 Material Metal Size 1. The size of the five is six by five. A number of six times one. Approximately 5 cm

This metal gear has 85 teeth with a diameter of 2 1/4", and the teeth count is 85. The larger teeth have the same count as 25 and it has the same diameter as 1 1/8". The height of the gear when lying flat on a table is 15/16''

The installation process is easy. If you do not have a mechanical background, you can still replace the gear using common hand tools and upgrade the metal gear. There is no technical knowledge required to do this and even an untrained person can do it.

There are 1 x Metal Gears included in the package. It does not include a motor. The Metal Gear Repair Kit is the only one included in the kit.

I was able to modify it and make it work fine

Upon installing the gear, the slide motor was stuck and I could not move the slide forward or backward. My gear had a raised boss on the top side so I decided to grind the boss off flush with the top after removing it and cleaning off the grease. The new gear was about 1/16" taller than the old one so I chose to grind my boss off flush with the Please revise This one works just fine. It is a little noisier than the plastic one but you are only going to leave it out once then put it back when you are done.

The sound quality is a bit low, but the functionality is Replacing the motor and gear box was very simple once the motor and gear box had been removed

In the middle of the headline, I noted that, even when appropriately greased up, it is louder but that it is so briefly actuated that it is understandable.

The quality of these plastic gears is superior to OEM I used this part to replace a stripped plastic gear and it was a perfect fit! Compared to the cost of buying a brand new slide component, this installation was incredibly simple
