Questions & Answers
Tarp systems use this motor as a universal motor. Then you can see how it compares to your current system.
It should be no more than 40 amps, using a resettable 40 amp
However, you must purchase the $37 continuous use switch to make this happen
There are a lot of weak points, and it is not built strong enough- It is enough to fulfill our duties. The winch needs to be small.

The tarp motor is working correctly for DB Electrical and its new customers. The 90th I believe HPs 1 and 2 are involved. This purchase is no brainer because it is so cheap, along with the free shipping. In addition to our super 10 dump trucks we also have semi bottom dump trailers equipped with tarps. Several companies that share a parent company built the trailers and super 10's for us. The PullTarp brand is usually found on all of Tarps for these two super 10's are supplied by ShureCo.
Even though we have generally had good luck with our PullTarp tarps and the way they are installed, we believe the ShurCo brand to be poorly designed and designed with the cheapest Chinese components. In the early stages of the project, we contacted Shurco tarp in El Cajon several times to resolve issues with the tarps. The crew told us we had to tie wrap to a few pieces of wooden 2x4's attached to the tarp rests and the problem would be solved. We didn't do that, of course. In 2019, we are living in. The problem could have been solved relatively easily if the staff had just fixed it. The above mentioned problem may be one of the reasons why the tarp motors are wearing out far more quickly than they should. In fact, the ShurCo tarp motor is used for the ShurCo tarps. The price of the tarp motor should be commensurate with the quality and lifespan of the motor, and that's the way it should be. It is here where the issue lies. In the beginning when we reached out for warranty replacement motors, we were advised to fly a kite. A few months later we decided to reach out to them to rectify the issue. A few days later, we were told we would not be taken seriously. In order to determine the cost of new tarp motors, I asked if they could be picked up in will call in El Cajon, CA. We bought it from DB Electrical, and, by the way, it's the same engine. A ShurCo representative quoted a price of $450 for one tarp motor. I would like to know how much DB is. DB Electric is where you should purchase your tarp motors and other products. This is a savings of almost This is a unit price of $1. 00. Three out of five It is a 1 to 1. I am glad to hear that you did well DB. Please send us a list of what you have available we will definitely do business with you in the future. This is especially true if your motors are also compatible with PullTarp.
As a replacement for the tarper motor on the truck, this motor worked perfectly. Electrical connections and bolt patterns were the same, as were drive axle diameters and bolt patterns. In this case, a direct replacement was made, a 30 inch A minute exchange took place. A bit slower and MUCH quieter, but the new motor has a much higher torque than the old one. On this new motor, they have reduced the reduction ratio more than they did on the old motor. It's not that big of a Although I know the new motor pulls less current than the old (worn out) one, I would like to know how much less it pulls. The electrical system is easier to work with! Its been 10 days since I started using it, so I'm about to take a break The average number of tarps/untarps per day is 12. There won't be any issues.
I appreciate it.
I highly recommend this product for its excellent price and performance. This has been my phone for the last few months. I use it with an awning that flips out on my belly dump trailer. It is used 15 times per day on average.
It's a good product.
I was able to install it on my single axle dump truck without any issues.
This motor has been running good for a long time. You will not have any issues!.
