Questions & Answers
Lippert can specify it for you all I know is that the speed ratio is 300 to 1. You can either multiply by 1 or by 500 - Do not mix motors and do not reduce ratio - The shafts all seem to be the same on other slide outs if that helps, and the motors are different ratios on the smaller slide out as well.
You should be given a number when you purchase your motor. I really like how easy they come out. Having high torque means a motor with lots of power. It does not matter which motor shaft you replace, you will replace it
In the example below, the 236575 is the low torque motor for small slideout, and the 287298 is the high torque motor for larger slides. We were told to replace the motor with whichever was original.

The part is used and doesn't work, so it's a waste of.
I received it in a timely manner and it works as described.
In the case of a 500 replacing a 300, you run the risk of shearing the aluminum shafts.
