The new part is great

For most Toyota cars, this is an excellent replacement for brittle/cracking coil connectors. The steering column of the 2007 Toyota Highlander 2 was equipped with this part. The old 4L engine is completely destroyed and has lost its clipping capability.
The old one literally crumpled when it was removed. You can find instructions on how to replace the connector without splicing new wires on Youtube. PS
