Questions & Answers

Do you know if this will work on a 75 w200 equipped with an np203? It states it can only be used with GM or Ford vehicles. ?

There is no Dodge in the W200 as it has a full time T-motor. It does work however The drive flanges must replace the lockout hubs, and the carrier must be cast, not stamped. The reason these kits fail is due to the carrier.

Was wondering if they have come up with a way to ship the kit without causing damage to ?

Yes, I had to create a gasket out of gasket paper. It wasn't difficult, but a good gasket in the kit might be helpful.

The application says it isn't compatible with a 1976 Chevy K10 equipped with an NP 203 transfer case. Could this be true?

Thank you for reaching out. *br> *br>We cannot locate the document stating that it will not fit your needs. There are no compatibility issues with 203 transfer cases with the 501. Thanks for stopping by Mile Marker, best wishes

A gasket will be destroyed if it is folded! This product is fine, but the gasket turns to crap when folded up within the tiny box! It took me two weeks to get another one because the gasket was torn in three places and bent so bad! In contrast, the second one is slightly better but just as bad due to a decision made about the packaging policy without considering how it will be treated It is best to send two separate packages or provide a reference or part number for your local auto parts store to order the parts from

The gasket provided by it would do just fine if it was sent flat.

This is a brilliant idea for packing

Who thought of it? I think it would be better if the gasket were included as an option to avoid having to make my own, especially since I live 15 miles from the nearest parts store. Mile Marker, thanks for your help.

Despite the product looking like it is of good quality, the gasket included in the package is useless since it is in four My request for a new gasket in one piece has been fulfilled.

I bought this to go with my 1979 GM N203

A kit is included in this kit that converts your full-sized The conversion of the 4x4 NP203 transfer case into part-time fit perfectly into my 1979 Blazer with the NP203. This kit was purchased while I was rebuilding the whole case. Getting it installed isn't that hard, but it isn't that easy or straightforward The disassembling of this case was filled with needle bearings that fell from the top. It is very important that you take care. In my research, I discovered that there is another part time kit which replaces the whole output shaft and is supposed to be more reliable. Although I tried finding that model, it appears to be discontinued, so I had to settle for.

A mile marker marked by the I would rate it 0 stars if I could
3/5

It took so long to get that I forgot I ordered it in the first place. Nevertheless, it arrived, and when I opened it, I found that the gasket was spoiled. It's a good thing I learned my lesson, because I was going to purchase a new set of mile marker lockout hubs. I will continue to use warn for anything in the future.

I installed it without too much difficulty, instructions were destroyed, and the paper gasket was destroyed, but it didn't work. The vehicle is undergoing restoration at the moment and has not been driven yet.

The gasket ripped and is worth 3 stars

Since the complete tailshaft is no longer available, this is a good kit to replace it. You may be surprised at how easy this is to install, but keep in mind that the gasket will be thrown out once it's received. Permatex was used in its place, along with a well-sealed dri-fit sealant.

The gasket is of terrible quality

I don't know what to say about this gasket. You can remove it from the box and within seconds it breaks apart. This is junk and cannot be used. The quality of that film was very disappointing. It is not necessary to send.
