The gasket provided by it would do just fine if it was sent flat.
Who thought of it? I think it would be better if the gasket were included as an option to avoid having to make my own, especially since I live 15 miles from the nearest parts store. Mile Marker, thanks for your help.
Despite the product looking like it is of good quality, the gasket included in the package is useless since it is in four My request for a new gasket in one piece has been fulfilled.
A kit is included in this kit that converts your full-sized The conversion of the 4x4 NP203 transfer case into part-time fit perfectly into my 1979 Blazer with the NP203. This kit was purchased while I was rebuilding the whole case. Getting it installed isn't that hard, but it isn't that easy or straightforward The disassembling of this case was filled with needle bearings that fell from the top. It is very important that you take care. In my research, I discovered that there is another part time kit which replaces the whole output shaft and is supposed to be more reliable. Although I tried finding that model, it appears to be discontinued, so I had to settle for.
It took so long to get that I forgot I ordered it in the first place. Nevertheless, it arrived, and when I opened it, I found that the gasket was spoiled. It's a good thing I learned my lesson, because I was going to purchase a new set of mile marker lockout hubs. I will continue to use warn for anything in the future.
I installed it without too much difficulty, instructions were destroyed, and the paper gasket was destroyed, but it didn't work. The vehicle is undergoing restoration at the moment and has not been driven yet.
Since the complete tailshaft is no longer available, this is a good kit to replace it. You may be surprised at how easy this is to install, but keep in mind that the gasket will be thrown out once it's received. Permatex was used in its place, along with a well-sealed dri-fit sealant.
I don't know what to say about this gasket. You can remove it from the box and within seconds it breaks apart. This is junk and cannot be used. The quality of that film was very disappointing. It is not necessary to send.
