In order to do that, I had to remove the valve covers. A thorough clean was performed on all 7 Grand Cherokees. In a week or so, I noticed that the rear of the right side was leaking slightly. I mistakenly thought I had messed up during installation. Actually, after removing the cover, it turns out that it was actually installed inside of the grove on the cover. As for me, I installed another new gasket and drove a further As of now, it appears I have the same seepage on both cover rear corners. The next time will be better. It's a Mopar from the factory!.

You shouldn't stay where you are

When they first came out, these were the best gaskets, but not any longer. The particles cannot stay inside the cover, and they fall out when the engine is assembled.

It fit perfectly and stayed in the cover while it was being installed. I haven't had a leak start in the two weeks that it's been driven, and I didn't use any sealants. Compared to OEM Mopars, this product provides great quality and is a big savings.
