You'll need to have a metal valve cover for it to work properly, Is perfect for the valve cover made of metal

As you may have also learned, you should not be surprised if your head contains broken bolts. No need to panic, I had two in the lower right corner in the front, and they came out easily. The best tool for spinning them out is a flat head screwdriver or sharp awl. A screw hole was deep inside one of the drill bits, so I used an easy out drill bit. You'll want to wear gloves to protect your hands from the mess, and I recommend grabbing a respirator to protect your lungs. This took me about 6 hours to complete, mostly taking care not to break any connectors while I cleaned the value cover surface.

I received a large package in the mail. It appears everything is in good working condition. Screws did not break since they are not to be torqued There was no sign of anything wrong with the gasket. Most likely you always have broken studs, such as I did. There were five broken studs below the cover when I had a very bad oil leak. In addition to the bolts, this kit is ideal since it comes with them.

You should be careful of Beck Arnley, a company with zero quality

There is no way to re-enter data in this application You can reuse the screws from the previous installation. As a result, I was highly dependent on this product. However, Beck Arnley's quality control is clearly not the best The threads on some of these screws are gnawed up. The screws in this kit are actually oblong in cross section. I'm sorry. . . No- There is one retailer who sells these individually, and Beck Arnley does not seem interested in helping me resolve this It is for this reason that I'm forced to purchase a new kit for 30 to The Beck Arnley products I will purchase in the future are not worth the money.

The protection provided by the packaging was excellent for a 2006 BMW E90 330i. Kit fit the engine cylinder head perfectly in my 2006 BMW 330i e90 with N52 interior. The gasket material is metallic and is of the same consistency and color as the original parts. In the case of the three bolts attached to the center of the valve cover (the ones with extended sleeves) there was a slight difference in the bolt size. As for the bolts themselves, the OEM were the same size as the edge bolts, but this kit had bigger center bolts. Despite the size difference, the threads were the same, so the kits still fit, but they used a different socket size. The kit is a great buy for my car, and I would buy it again if I were to do this.
