Product Description

A highly flexible graphite material known as Remflex has proven itself over the past three decades

A pair of square end ports with a 1-7/32 inch diameter and a 1-25/32 inch height, designed for the Mopar V8 - Magnum 318 ('92-'02), 360 ('93+), with a manifold or header.

Emflex exhaust gaskets are available in a standard 1/8-inch thickness and are designed to crush by 50 percent, allowing them to fill any pits or gaps in the flange surface up to 1/16 inch.

Remflex exhaust gaskets do not contain rubber binders or composite materials, therefore they are not subject to shrinking or hardening over time or due to temperature extremes, so you will not need to retighten the exhaust bolts periodically.

Could you please tell me which pair of gaskets this is (2)?

In short, yes. The gaskets come in two pieces. I have used these gaskets before and they are the best. It was paired with stage 8 header bolts, and they were torqued correctly, there were no leaks. There are no returns.

Felpro will never be a part of my life again

In order to get a good seal, felpros was doubled on each side. There is a thickness difference of 2 felpros between these gaskets. There is about a 50% crushing rate and they seal very well.

This set of header gaskets is awesome! The tires of my 96 Dodge RAM 5 were fitted with these. As I was dealing with exhaust leaks at the cylinder head, I found a hole on the cylinder There were no leaks after these gaskets were installed, and no problems have been encountered since. It's a great series of gaskets. I will be ordering more for my other engine project.

Finally, a fix has been found

The only problem was that I had a bend and crack in the material when it arrived, however it was not near the exhaust ports. It worked great and I no longer had leaks.

These gaskets have been used on a few Magnum engines already, and I can attest they are holding up very well and seal much better than those of thinner walls. A word of caution, be extremely careful when handling it, it is possible to damage it if you bend it.

Fatcatmachine is the worst place to buy these. It is now 25 July 2020 and I ordered them on 13 June I got what I deserved by not just using Summit, at least they would have corrected the problem.

This gasket is better than those made by FELPRO

This gasket is better than those made by FELPRO. A leaking issue is common on the middle and outer ports of the Dodge Magnum engine. As far as we know, the gaskets have held up well and have not caused leaks.
