As long as the port on the head matches or is smaller than the gasket, they will fit. I use 1' 7/8" long tubes, and they've served me well.
I checked the Reflex site and it appears that it only fits up to 2008. I'm not sure what number should fit, so I'd check the Reflex site, www.reflex.com. remflex. If you need a phone number for your application, you may need to use the contact form on the website.
It's difficult to say without knowing what motor you have, but I used them on an LS1 and had good results. I used a "Stage 8 locking header bolt kit" on an LS6. I haven't turned back since. If you don't do it correctly, headers can be a real pain. Make sure your header flanges are surfaced and that you don't skimp on the hardware or gaskets. place them there They'll be forgotten. enjoy! Remflex Header gaskets are excellent; I've had no issues with mine.
Gaskets come in a variety of shapes and sizes. The set I used was for my LS1 and I'm sure they make them for the LS3 as well. That's exactly what I went out and bought. Make sure you get a set of LS1 exhaust gaskets (not LS3 gaskets). I've never used a better set of header gaskets!

These are hands down the best gaskets I've ever used on an LS motor, especially when you have a small leak that needs to be fixed right away! They fill the hole(s) leak(s) perfectly and quickly! Fixes annoying exhaust gasket leaks between the header and the heads! To avoid using the doorman repair kit bracket because it required the proper bolts to the block as well as the head gasket I used the doorman wrench. This allowed me to insert a new gasket in there using my crutches along with the old one and without installing any glue.
The product is excellent, but it is fragile. Make certain you're using the right part for the job. Unfortunately, my Ls1 can use four different bolt patterns from four different sets. & Because the application guide is so broad, it can be difficult to follow. Remflex was even a phone call away. They recommended a set, so I went with that. Unfortunately, it was not what I was looking for. Then I ordered another set from Amazon from some four-wheel-drive shop, only to receive one that had been destroyed before it arrived. So I tried one more time, this time directly from Amazon. Finally, I was able to acquire the proper set. I'm now completely sealed. Exhaust gaskets are no longer necessary.
O- (aftermarket) against the D-type connectors (flanges not properly honed/lined up) exhaust ports on the port - These are fantastic gaskets! I had a minor leak coming from the exhaust port's bottom side - Remove any $hitty gaskets that came with the aftermarket headers; they're thick enough to allow for minor fit-up issues. There are no issues with up/misalignment, and the bolt holes are all lined up perfectly. I finally got my header leak fixed, and the LS7 now sounds fantastic! Will also work with the majority of other LS-based systems. br>br> engines that are based on 0 ports - This was the ideal treatment for my D- However, there are some port issues.
My leaking turbo headers have been sealed and have performed admirably.
It's very thick, and I like how it's almost like a hard sponge to ensure a good seal. So far, there have been no leaks. I'd recommend it!.
These are the best header gaskets I've ever used; they'll hug your headers like a warm hug and won't leak. My first set lasted three years, and the only reason I had to replace them was due to exhaust removal.
Exhaust gaskets that are by far the best on the market, and they're available on Amazon Prime!.
