These filters will not be used in my engine

I bought two of them to be spares in our RV while we travel across the country. As soon as I was supposed to change the filter, my engine would not start. Diesel engines such as the Cummins 450 are incompatible with it. My time for returning the filters had run out by the time I wanted to return them.
