As they were the ones who posted it, you should contact JEEP or Amazon. In the picture, the frame mounted filter is 684366631AA, NOT the one in the frame.
Here is a picture of only one of the filters, which is the front one.

There is also a lower fuel and water separator next to the fuel tank filter and if your vehicle has it, it should work with this filter.

As it was listed, I was a little hesitant to order this fuel filter as it shows the old style of fuel filter that goes in the engine bay, but the part number is for the new style fuel filter for the rear on the '19-'21 Camry. Rams from the 20s. The good news is that I received the filter I intended to purchase. Perhaps you could update the photo on the listing for the seller just to make sure.
The filter is mounted to a frame rail on the frame. Fuel filter / water separator OEM for Mopar engines. This listing is wrong in the photo but it is accurate in the part number. There is a fuel filter on the frame rail mounted by the fuel tank for that canister The one under the hood is not the one in charge. This is an OEM Mopar part that has a great price. When you install this filter, you need to install it into the canister housing, then put the cap on the bottom, and then place the washer on the bottom threads It is easy to screw the washer onto the housing but the cap will not thread onto the housing if the washer is on the second to last thread. In addition to the 28MM socket, you'll also need a 23MM socket to remove the engine mount and frame rail.
There are two fuel filters on these trucks. A water separator mounts under the back of the truck, just inside the rear wheel on the passenger side. This other filter, situated in the engine bay, is a different filter from the one in the vehicle. There are several pictures associated with this filter. The primary picture may not be correct. The other pictures are correct. To change the filter, you will need a 28mm or 1 1/8 inch socket. Make sure you think twice before doing it on your own since it's a messy job.
This filters fits well in the back of my 2019 Ram 3500 truck, 6 cylinder. The diesel engine is a 7l Cummins.
So far, I have not installed it. I can't tell if it is easy to install due to my lack of experience. Although the shipping was right on time, the price was nice and the item was OEM, so I should be able to use it. I wish that they offered the other one that goes up by the motor too. It would then be a one stop shop, where you could purchase them both at the same time. I'll see what I can do next time.
I had a good experience with the product, but shipping is very disappointing. As it arrived, the box had been broken up. The package had been shipped via USPS. appears to be ok, but we will inspect it closer before we install it. You are better off buying it from the store and paying a little bit more, so that you don't have to worry about damage.
Despite the item description stating that it includes both a fuel filter and a water separator, it contains only a water separator.
It is not what you get when you use the filter shown. The filter does not have NanoNET technology (the green part in the false photo), as has been stated by other reviews.
