It's a solid piece of work. If it were set on a perfectly level surface, it would not hold true. My hand had to sand it in order for it to be Neither the metal nor the plastic insert is sealed. The plastic insert has a raised directional arrow that could cause a leak between it and the carburetor In order for it to work properly, I had to sand everything flat. The price is right and if you put a little elbow grease into it, it works.
The intake and carb worked every bit as well as they should have. I used it on my EBSC 350 with an EPSA 2701 intake and a 1406 carb. The part is good and the price is right.
The piece is nice, it can be used in several different ways, the inserts are snug, but it will probably work fine. I haven't fired it up yet, but i assume it will work just fine, and for the price it is hard to beat.
This kit was opened by someone when I received it, so the studs and nuts had been removed. You will not be able to do this without them. When you're in the middle of putting everything on a motor and you find out stuff is.
The product is ok and works well, but you need to be careful when removing the center piece.
It is a good product, but I did not use.
This is a great product. A 306 Ford with a Street Avenger 670 Holley has this at the crank.
