Does this fit a standard Holley carburetor from the 4150 series?

If you have a 4150 carb, this will fit.

This carburetor will fit a carter quadrajet AFB 4 barrel carburetor, correct?

There is no way to fit a carburetor with a spread bore. It's my mistake. There is no such thing as a quadrajet, only Rochesters.

Gaskets included with the kit don't work very well

There is not much room to maneuver because the skin is really thin. Gaskets included with the kit don't work very well. Their thinness makes it hard to get a good "squish" on them, and they leak like they're going out of style. Mr. Gasket replacements were what I used in the end. As far as the spacer itself holds up, the included studs even do the job, despite the fact that they aren't of the highest quality.

It was not usable as it was Spacers are good, but you have to go through the process of surfacing them to get flat At first, I fitted it and it was a great fit
