Are these compatible with the 20" Camaro wheels from 2017?

To the best of my knowledge, these fit the 6th generation ZL1 wheels. They will not fit the 5 spoke SS style wheels because they are too small.

Is it true that if I order one, I'll get four caps?

This is not the case.

Substitute is an excellent option

These center caps are nearly identical to the ones the dealer tried to sell me for my Chevy SS, but they're a third of the price, so they're well worth the money. The garments are well-fitting and attractive.
