There is no way for me to know whether this will fit a 2010 VW Beatle or not. The one I installed on my GMC Sonoma a year ago. In some cases, a part number can cross manufacturer lines, so I would call a dealer or a NAPA, Advance, or Auto Zone to ask about the part.

Originals have been swapped out. There were different wires, but they came with an attachment kit for splicing them together. As soon as the program was installed, it worked flawlessly.
