An Envoy 2005 should be able to use it. According to my knowledge, the engine is the same as the one in the 2005 trail blazer unless you have the V-700 There is a good chance it would not fit a V8 engine.

This was never even on my list of parts to replace. I eventually worked my way through the list of problems that I was having with the engine light on with the emissions code I was throwing as I troubleshooted the cause of the problem. Ultimately, I had to replace the spacer to fix my original situation, but the original one was not in the best condition, so it was a good idea to swap them out for more prophylactic reasons. I am very pleased with this item due to its fast delivery, as described, and its durability. It has been in use for at least 2 years and is still going strong. In the end, it took less than a few minutes to replace this part. It should last me a while longer.
