Having two secondary smog air pumps is standard equipment on my 2001 Deville. Are your air pump kits identical in price to those described in your description? Or do they include two air pumps, two hoses, and brackets?

It only has one pump, and according to what we know and what the Cadillac catalog says, your car only has one. Would you mind if I were to refer to the check valves, as you should have a forward and a rear? It performs ok, but it needs some work

I think the idea of relocating the intake of air was great, however the intake hose does not fit at the intended location. The entire process had to be re-done The product did not include an appropriate number of nuts so you need to use the old ones. I could also not use the new bracket that came with the kit (I had to re-build it Don't forget to use the original one! If it had been parts of that type, it would have been rated much higher. The procedure should not have to be repeated Design the kit with a mix of old and new parts There are new parts needed to make it work or fit.

After dropping everything and putting all tools away, I went on with the job

It was only one nut that we received, and we needed 3, so we had to drop everything and put all tools away. The job was completed two hours after we dropped everything and put everything away.
