Questions & Answers

Is this also true of the lower and upper cats as seen in the picture?

The large single downstream cat was also included in mine, and both upstream cats were. Associated pipe clamps were also used to assemble the two parts.

A fix for buying. Has it been bent on the mandrel?

The part was not bent on a mandrel. The bent is wrinkled due to compression. Previously, it was mandrel bent, but they no longer sell that part and have switched to another one.

What would this look like on a 2000 Jeep Cherokee?

I found the Jeep Wrangler 4 to be the right fit for me. The following is written in English. The Cherokee is not from the American Indian tribe.

What are the possibilities for a 2001 Jeep Wrangler Tj with a 4 cylinder engine. ?

This part fits the Jeep TJ 4 2005
3/5

However, 0 is true. Parts from a 2005 Jeep TJ 4 will certainly fit, I'm sure. However, 0 is true. you can see from the picture I uploaded, the compression bends on the part I received are wrinkled. I returned the misrepresented part since the photo in the listing shows a better mandrel bent part. Offering the FlowMaster/Holley directly dropped shipping this, I wonder why a company known for its high standards of quality is now supplying 2nd tier products. What a bummer.

It's a good product at a decent price, but the unit I got as mandrel bent all over
5/5

It is possible the people who did not get the mandrel bent received someone else's return. It is highly unlikely that I would install a product that did not match the photos and description. My fitting was perfect. Mine lacked the clamp, but that didn't matter to me since it isn't pictured and I weld the connections regardless. This is a good option if you have a TJ and need cat's for it. A quick update Crimp bends like these should be returned by anyone who receives one. The Flowmaster product is not what you're looking for. There have never been crimp bends on this piece of equipment. In no way. This is an imitation Chinese product.

I needed to make a few adjustments to it, but it was good quality
4/5

Good quality exhaust is used in this exhaust. As a result, the fitment had to be adjusted. I had to move one cat and seat it a little towards the other in order for it to sit In neither the component's description nor the exhaust, it is declared mandrel bent. You can see that there is a compression bend in the picture if you zoom in.

I wasted my money on this horrible product because it only lasted six The first thing to note is that mine is similar to everyone else's
3/5

One of the main problems I have is that I have had this one for It looks like the cats in the car are bad again - it's in the shop again. I strongly believe that the product is not good if I only have 6 months to use it before it should be discarded. Despite a one month return window, we could not return items. I think that the return window should be a little bit I don't recommend buying this. It fit my jeep but it doesn't seem like a quality product. It should last longer.

A perfect fit for a 2005 Rubicon! I have a 2005 Rubicon and it fits perfectly
5/5

Many others have reported an issue with clearance at the front drive shaft, but I have a lift so clearance was not an issue for me. Getting rid of the 4 bolts off old mini cats and bolting up new mini cats requires a lot of patience due to the small working area. A combination of ujoints on multiple extension cables, a 15 mm plug and liberal amounts of penetrating oil is difficult to accomplish in dimly lit areas. We'll be able to line up everything better with an extra pair of hands. Additionally, the flange holes on the Flowmaster cats are bigger than those on other cats, so washers will be required. Thanks for the great product, it is definitely running better as old cats were plugged up. I hope this is helpful.

In comparison with OEM parts, this is an excellent value
4/5

Although the converter and pipe fit okay, there was a problem with the secondary converter's bar support that is located on the transmission mount, as Our solution was to cut the cable and reconnect it This was simple to do because it was welded in place. I'm not sure why, but when I looked up the fitment, FlowMaster listed 2004 to 2006, but some places said it would fit TJ's up to 2006, whereas some places listed it for 2000 to The rest of the fitting was perfect despite that one slight adjustment. I looked at other brands and found that OEM was more expensive. I found that NEC was much cheaper than OEM. A secondary converter costs about $700, while most other brands cost around $1000. I think. Eight hundred dollars. Since it cost $10. 00 to purchase new manifold bolts and for labor, this was actually less expensive than purchasing new manifold bolts. Also, I believe this will be the last time I replace it, as the original on my 2000 Wrangler TJ lasted 20 years before rusted out on the welded seams by the manifold, and I expect the new one to last the same time.

I am very pleased with the purchase! My time spent removing the rusted skid plate bolts was longer than the time required to install the A Jeep with a check engine light and codes no longer exists, and it has more power and runs better
5/5

It's even better when you consider that these cats cost less than half the price of the Mopar OEMs. Lastly, I know a lot of people are wondering if they have the crimped fins or the mandrel bend features. The mandrel bends on mine were present. While I am not an exhaust specialist, I have been told that mandrel bends provide better flow It also offers great performance, so I guess that's another perk.

The adapter works with the 2001 TJ (with a few modifications)
5/5

The installation of this kit on the 2001 TJ took place In this case, the only difference is the In 2006 and in the early 2000s In order to determine the position of the rear cat hanger (hanger is below the cat on 00-03) A car parked on 04 and above is pictured in 03 The sixth point). To replace just the front cat on your 00-07, you should replace the whole thing Due to the bolt flange required for this product, there will be no differences in compatibility. Like I did, this product works perfectly outside the rear cat hanger if you are replacing both front and rear cats. In order to accomplish this, I will cut the hanger off and weld it in the correct location. Although this is an inconvenience, it is not too significant when compared with the price and quality. The mandrel bend of mine was exactly as pictured, so no complaints there either.
