It's m16x2, I believe. 0x120mm. At this price point, I didn't think it was worth my time to try to make one.
It certainly ought to.

Simple but effective tool for remounting your LS harmonic balancer onto the crankshaft, saves you the trouble of having to source the parts yourself (you'll need to go to a local bolt supplier; Home Depot doesn't have anything in this thread pitch). br>br>One thing that's missing is a way to remove the bolt from the crankshaft mounting hole once you're finished. They could have achieved this by machining a half-inch flat surface on which to mount a wrench, but they did not. As a workaround, I went to said local bolt supplier and requested a second nut similar to the one that came with it. When that was finished, I threaded the second nut onto the bolt and "jammed" them together, then used an open end wrench on the one closest to the crank. It was quite simple to come up with.
Sure, it's just a nut and two washers on a piece of hardened threaded rod. With a trip to the hardware store and a little elbow grease, anyone can make this on their own. Personally, I decided to pay a little more for the convenience of having someone else do the work for me. The tool performs admirably and precisely as intended. I did grind two parallel flats in the very end of the threaded rod that fits a 12mm open ended wrench because it will most likely get stuck in the crankshaft after the pulley is installed, as common sense would suggest. That feature would be a great addition to the tool if it were available. Otherwise, it's a fantastic product, and I'm surprised I hadn't thought of it before. When installing the pulley, always use a longer bolt, but be careful not to overtighten it and damage the threads.
When it comes to reinstalling the harmonic balancer, this is a lifesaver. The main reason for this? It's longer than the original bolt, so even if you do catch onto the thread, your bolt won't mess it up; however, you can reuse the original bolt once you've reinstalled the balancer.
The only flaw I see is that you'd have to weld a "helper" nut end to the rod to prevent it from getting stuck during installation, as mine did. You could use the helper nut to keep a second wrench on the assembly to prevent it from turning.
It's that simple!.
Despite the fact that the bolt was bent when it arrived, it completed the task at hand. THIS CAN BE DONE WITHOUT THE USE OF ANY OTHER TOOLS. another person should use gloves to keep the pulley still. It took about 5 minutes to complete.
There's nothing that a quick trip to the hardware store won't fix.
