There is a frozen cam on the passenger side of the LCA I had to use a reciprocating saw to cut it cut, so I bought these to replace it. I did not need any other parts related to LCA cams. I found the fit to be great. Do not forget to grease these in order to keep them from rusting also grease the bushing sleeve inside.
