The October 2018 update is now available
3/5

If you buy it, find out if you have a few weeks to return it, you won't want to. I have 2017 Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro and this is amazing. Sport+, chirping tires, Amazon, you have a few weeks to return it. My Toyota dealership said it was the pedal commander, so now I'm out $300 and the thing sits on my shelf. If you install on a new vehicle, you should be aware that the dealership will not touch your truck if it's installed with the pedal commander.

Upgraded to the latest version! We have updated
3/5

There is no point to this! BIDDING IS RISKY! DO NOT BUY IT! I love how it works! This is an easy to install software. This improved throttle response a great deal. Update for the past six weeks. After six weeks, the computer will no longer work properly. During driving, the vehicle's mode would change. There is a lot of danger! A message was sent to them regarding the situation but no response was received. NOTE
. I suggest you do not purchase this product!.

The DCSB 2017 installation is for the Tacoma TRD Sport 4x4 model
5/5

My Tacoma TRD Sport 4x4 DCSB recently received a Pedal Cammander, which I had a lot of fun with. The idea of it actually working was a little unconvincing to me, but I was willing to give it a shot and see if it made any difference at all. Tested the different modes around my home for about 20 minutes on the roads near my house and I must say that I'm pretty impressed with this. This was a really good mode for me, especially the city mode. My driving experience was similar to that of a real car. When I kept coming to a complete stop and driving against, not only did the acceleration rate feel really good, but the gear shifting felt like something you'd feel in a sporty The pedal "feathers" for each mode, which I love. It's going to take a while to get used to, but I love that you can choose between nine different settings to dial in exactly the feel you like.

ECO Mode - I will go over each of these modes From the name, it feels like you don't have much control (although it's still a lot better As soon as I turned and accelerated, I felt as if my truck had a lot better traction
*CITY From a financial standpoint, this is where the money lies. This car felt just like a regular car to drive. From a complete stop, there is a rapid acceleration rate. I really appreciate that the truck doesn't feel like it takes a step back and then leaps forward when it shifts gears, it feels like a quick shift and you barely notice it (which is what I love about it). Personally, this is the mode that sold me. I probably will stay in this mode for my daily driving.

SPORT I tried it out for a few seconds before realizing that, as cool as it is, I'd have to wait until the salt is off the roads to really give this a try. It seems like modes like this should be reserved for sport vehicles and not trucks, CITY Mode is adequate for me, SPORT+ I didn't review this one, but I'm going to assume that it's just the uncaged beast. Last but not least. I parked, turned the truck off and turned it back on. To my pleasant surprise, the device went back to what it was doing before I turned it The ECT button does not have to be pressed every time I enter the room.

It is impossible to ignore the I was very impressed with how quickly the installation process was completed
5/5

Although you don't need to download the app to use the Pedal Commander, it does make it easier to toggle between modes & shift between your gears. Bluetooth sync between devices did not cause any problems for me. As you may know, my Tacoma has a 4 cylinder engine & The car has a problem with acceleration behind the wheel, but especially when I need it most, like on steep ramps that lead to freeways, or any steep uphill, so I decided to switch to sport mode so that I could get to work faster - and I was pleasantly surprised. In the 50 miles to my work, it felt like I was driving a totally different vehicle. I didn't experience any RPM spiking or struggling, it felt so responsive like it should. It is an excellent investment for those who drive a lot, you won't regret purchasing it. Having read some of the negative reviews, I just hope that the device is well made and will last a long time This model should last me a long time, so I will not have to replace it for quite some time.

The product does exactly as it says on the tin! A 2008 manual Toyota FJ Cruiser has been fitted with the system
5/5

Getting the software up and running was a breeze. It took me more time to get my flashlight in the right spot than to make After starting in city mode, I immediately noticed there was a significant difference in response time. With the highest setting, the cruiser does not feel like it is going to stay on the ground when in first or second gear after just tapping the throttle. Compared city 3 to city 2 for normal driving, I think city 3 is best. You can receive a more timely response, but your shift pattern doesn't have to change much. Not replaced any exhaust systems yet, but the vehicle is sounding even better, instead of the normal wind up/down you hear, there is much more of a If it were with a performance exhaust it would really sound good. Maybe that will be next along with a K&N muffler Get a real boost to your HP by using a HEPA air filter.
