love this product. It doesn't increase your horse power but it has the feeling of it doing so. I can only say that there is no more sluggish throttle response, just press the pedal and let it fly. With my 2008 Jeep JKU Rubicon, I fitted a Ripp Supercharger to it and it performs great. In the street, I usually run the engine in the automatic mode, while on the off road I run the engine in ECO power. The highway. My problem with the Sport and Hi modes is that I have too many feelings connected to them. Taking off at part throttle is much better, but under full throttle there still appears to be a little lag (I think it's because the engine is having trouble keeping up with the quick full throttle). Whether you get a 5 or a 3, you still run It was not difficult for me to install the 8L engine.
My only difficulty was getting the throttle control off. Due to the amp being factory-installed, the large cable running across the top of the connector on my Jeep is almost immovable. It was finally possible to remove the connector by pushing it up far enough with a large flat screw driver. I had no trouble installing the rest of the system. There is no reference to rotation on the pictures. Sorry if the pictures look crooked, but there was nothing I could do. The rotations do not appear when I add them to this review, although they do on my computer.
My review is rarely ever left but I feel obligated to do so when it comes to this product. My JKU '11 is sluggish and I always feel like it should perform better. If I was to get any reaction out of it, I would have to floor the pedal. I love that this product comes with so many options to find what works for me and my Is really a great way to give life to your Jeep. The book is amazing and I cannot recommend it highly Edit
My experience is similar to others who were sent the x5, not the x9. I noticed it after reviewing other reviews. In the x9, the automatic feature is available. You pay the price difference for the x9. This is still a great product, but you're getting false advertising.
This setting makes the throttle feel more responsive! I have improved my gas mileage by 2 mpg while using the Eco 1 mode, and on a Jeep Wrangler 4 door, that is great!.
I have no idea why it took me so long to get it. Driving my 2016 Jeep Wrangler JK is like driving a brand new vehicle. Taking vehicles up hills is no longer a problem for me. However, most of the time I use auto and occasionally Hikeit mode, and have never used eco.
Especially in sport mode, this made a significant difference to the performance of my Jeep! I tried to pull out in sport mode and actually did so. In an attempt to find out if anyone else had heard that, I laughed. Especially if you have lifted the vehicle and installed oversized tires, this is something I would recommend.
There's a much better response when the throttle is depressed.
This is the first time I have ever encountered a plug-and-play setup like this. I have tuned Harleys, Donojets, and many other brands. Without any custom tuning or mapping, it took my JK to its knees in no time. To go down the freeway with 37 was always a drag. The speed is 5 mph, but you need to blow on the windscreen to get more The car no longer holds my breath like it did from the factory, but cruses like it should. Anyone with the 3 would greatly benefit from learning this book. You can enjoy your big tires on the JK with 8! It's amazing! I love it so much!.
Getting on a highway or at a stoplight, especially with the power of my HikeIt, I delight in it. In general, I run mine on automatic, but I've also used the Eco setting on the trails or where one speed is required on highways. Maybe I use a little bit more gas, but I have not really noticed a difference in gas mileage.
