On my 2005 Silverado 3500 LLY, this is in the exhaust. My truck was experiencing overheating under load after buying a fan clutch from a local parts store. We replaced it with this one and it makes a huge In comparison to the cheap non-Delco crap, this one is a little trickier to spin. My 2005 Silverado 3500LLY Duramax has this in it.
It was delivered on time, as described, and was received in an exact replacement. Hope this will allow my truck to run cooler around town and solve my overheating problem while towing during the summer.

Everything seems to be going well so far. As I had it installed, I did not rate the mileage or time. As for the installation, I did not rate it because I had it installed, but the installer was not upset.
I used a strait chisel bit on the large nut to crack back the old one by using an air chisel and compressor to spin it off. It works great! The new one spun right on.
