I think it should My 2005 530i has a navigation system that works great!
That will indeed be the case. In my case, it was installed on a 2006 525i with iPod connectivity already installed.
It doesn't have anything to do with the CD changer, so I should go to work. After this is installed, you will have to code the car to make it work.

This item was listed on Amazon and I read the single customer review and took a chance on it. I don't see the problem with $75. When I asked a few questions to the customer, he immediately answered them. The next day, I called my BMW dealer and scheduled an appointment for the part to be I'm sure you'll be pleased with this part. After a $381 labor charge, they reset my system and I now have auxiliary capability and the new BMW program. The part where I drive a BMW makes me feel like I'm on a new journey.
The way it's done is nice.
It may be genuine, but it's a lot more expensive than it should be. You can buy one elsewhere for less than $20 by using YouTube.

Great to have an auxiliary switch! This is an awesome sound. To install my 2004 BMW 645ci, I had to take it to the dealer. In order to add Aux to my iDrive, the dealer had to program it.
I only found the software to install it in my car but was not able to start using it - if anyone can help me with that, I'm in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and can't locate any steps to take.
