I can attest that they weren't In order to use the old shin guards as well as find new ones that actually fit, I had to use the old one with the new ones. Everything is working fine. Two more spacers are needed (filed to fit shaft ID) as the 4 spacers sent didn't leave enough space between the clutch and main pulley, so the air conditioner would run all the time.
