I don't think it is a good idea to buy Lokar throttle cables just because they are expensive. It was necessary to add an extra length because I had to do 2 looping bends, the cable is smooth and the part is well built. I've had fraying issues with other brands so I look for Lokar cables but use the cheaper brand pedals most of the time.
The carb unit was installed on a 1981 Ford F100 with a 4V Offenhauser intake and Holley 390cfm carburetor.
Parts not available from the factory, or multiple times the price. Works well, though.
On my car, I used this to attach my throttle pedal to my DBC LS swap. The cable had to be attached to the throttle body through some innovative techniques, but if you're at that stage of the engine swap, you should be able to handle the task.
A quality product that is easy to.
I was able to solve my problem. I did not have a problem installing a custom carb setup. Excellent! I strongly recommend it! It is very nice quality from start to finish.
Installing and setting up custom applications is simple.
