Would you be able to use this instead of an emergency brake on a 1979 F-150 Can you provide information about the 4 disc brakes retrofitted on this 150? How do you flip the lever after you step on the brake?

My CK lever is great, I installed one on the front and one on the rear, it does the job great. I haul a 24 foot Trailor (unloaded) with around 5000 pounds . After sitting for more than 24 hours, it loses some of its traction. If you park a vehicle, lock the brakes and turn the wheels, it's unlikely they can tow it.

Do you know how it mounts? Do you have a jam nut there?

Using an Allen screw, the handle is held in place. It is also possible to remove the jam nut once it has been removed.

Where can I find another handle? I lost mine, is there any way to retrieve it?

However, I have never tried making one myself, but I would believe you could find a handle if you got in touch with the maker.

I've had two of those summit sells with the pullout knob had it on it locked and the only way to move it was to loosen the fitting in order to let the pressure out and they will replace them and leave you with a mess of fluid in your floor board. I am Gerald.
