The smaller 3/8 by 24 fittings with 3/16 nickel-plated worked great. The copper lines are a direct fit for the full-size brake lines of the 1986 F250. I can fit two of the larger sizes on the brass valves up front, and the rest look like they would also work on the master valves. Having replaced the lever valve in the back with a rubber brake line that attached to the post at the rear, I installed a napa brake line. This 25ft roll is fabricated from 3/16 nitrile rubber All the copper line that was not being used could be replaced with copper I had about a foot left over of the rubber lines on my Full size long wheel base 1986 F250. There will still be more lines to replace than the 25ft roll since I did not replace from the valve to the master. You can replace some of the fittings left over from one roll on another vehicle with those left over from another roll. It is my recommendation that you use the Eastwood On Car Flaring Tool for 3/16 Tubing if you want perfect double flares everytime.
The quality and completeness of these kits is superior to galvanized ones. It is recommended over other types The stainless steel. A galvanized brake line fitting lasts a very long time, but a non-galvanized one does not It may be necessary to remove SS after rusting. I find these to be of excellent My smaller fittings were longer than what I needed on my rear brake lines, but they produced a perfect seal even with a few threads visible.
It's a nice fitting. Everything went according to plan.
My goal was to have an assortment of stainless steel fittings on hand, so I purchased these extras.
