Litorange 8 PCS Brass Inverted Flare Brake Line Union Adapter Fitting For 1/4" Tube ((7/16"-24 threads) For Automotive Brake Line Systems

As I was dealing with some issues with the older 25 year old ABS in my Panther chassis Lincoln, I ended up having to connect some inverted flare hydraulic lines. A power disc brake system puts pressure on these elements to the tune of hundreds of pounds per square inch. In car terms, this pressure prevents the car from moving at speeds of 60 miles per hour and stopping several tons of steel. No matter what your brother in law says, this is not a job for duct tape and cable ties. There's no doubt that these Litorange couplings are well-made. Brass material used looks and feels correct. The threads and hex are nicely machined as well. It did not appear that either of the tools or other parts were out of tolerance. A standard design is followed when manufacturing these components. The quality of these is excellent.

As a replacement for other unions I bought from Amazon, I purchased these. It was only the unions that made the difference, as I used the same flared brake line and nuts.

I used the coupling for my custom brake line application and the quality was good with no thread issues or problems with the seat of the coupling.
