These are good, but they aren't a drop-in replacement

While working on a small truck's front end, I purchased these. A ripped rubberized boot on an old tie rod necessitated the purchase of a new one. Because no shop had just the boot, these arrived in less than 48 hours and fit well enough to keep the dirt out of the joint. They are definitely of higher quality than the originals, and when loaded, they spread out to completely close the pivot pin. When I completely rebuild the front end, I will definitely purchase more because they are more durable than the originals and will keep the joints sealed better.

It appears to be a high-quality ball joint cover replacement. To fit this over the ball joint nut, you must disassemble part of the suspension, but it appears to fit my vehicle; however, some ball joints are different in size, so it may not fit all vehicles.

These are well-made units that are a little difficult to install but otherwise have no flaws. They do what they're supposed to do and look great. They're well-made and should outlast my truck.
