Is this for a single ball joint or two ball joints?

There's only one of them, I'm pretty sure.

I looked up this part number on the Fabtech website, and it said these would fit a 2002 Chevy 2500HD with an 8" lift. Is it accurate to say so?

They perform admirably and are clearly designed for a much larger truck. If you have JBA UCAs on your lifted Jeep and are tired of the Moog rubbers ripping, these are a great option.
