Is it safe to use this transmission fluid in a 2008 Mazda 62? The m-class has a 3-liter engine. The price of a five-mazda atf is $15. Should I take a chance or stick to the tried and true?

If your owner's manual specifies Mazda M5 ATF, this will work perfectly. My 2014 Mazda 5 has 2. 5L and 5- Speed A/T requires type M5 ATF or an equivalent, and it hasn't complained yet.

Set of 6 says. Does that imply a total of 6 quarts?

I'm just double-checking that this is 6 quarts of Type M atf because the title says 6 and the description says "SINGLE QUANTITY."

Is it possible to use it on a 2008 Mazda Mazda5 Grand Touring?

This fluid performed admirably in my 2006 Ford Fusion equipped with an Aisin (Toyota) 5-speed automatic transmission. Mazda, I believe, employs the same gearbox. If that's the case, I'd strongly advise it for vehicles with this transmission.

"Same transmission" between the EL and the Ford 4F27E. br>I did, and right after the "MV" on the transmission dip-stick, I discovered it. It is M-, not Mercon 5, as stated in the owner's manual. V or M 5 transmissions are designed specifically for these transmissions. Here's what you need to know: "The 4F27E is a four-way electronic controller. Mazda and Ford collaborated to develop a four-speed automatic transaxle transmission known as the FN4A-S. This transmission is known as the 4F27E by Ford. Mazda M5 fluid (Mazda part number: ) is used in this transmission on Mazda vehicles. 0000- 112E- According to Mazda Technical Service Bulletin 0500116, this is NOT the Mercon V or Mercon LV. According to the label on the back of the Mazda bottle, Idemitsu Kosan manufactures this fluid. Type-E is available from Idemitsu. In the aftermarket, M fluid is available. FNR5 (Ford part number: FNR5) is the equivalent Ford fluid. XT- QMM5). In addition, the dipstick handle on Mazda vehicles is marked "M V. Now is the time to change the fluid in your transmission

In my 2006 Ford Fusion with the Mazda FNR5 5-speed manual transmission, it works perfectly. (over 205k miles) - speed automatic The fluid was almost black when I drained it. Because this unit has a drain plug, I decided to start by simply replacing the fluid in the pan, which took 3 quarts. In a few months, I'll repeat the process and replace the filter when the fluid appears clearer. Take a look at the photos to see how the original fluid appeared.

OE replacement Mazda automatic transmission fluid of the highest quality! This fluid was purchased for our Mazda3 iSV, which was manufactured in 2013

0L (non- Skyactiv), 5-speed automatic transmission. For a complete flush and filter replacement, it was used in conjunction with a premium filter. This is the only alternative to the much more expensive Mazda-branded fluid, but it meets all of the same requirements. At 70,000 miles, the transmission was shifting fine, and it improved slightly after switching to this, but the important thing is that there was no negative change. I would strongly suggest it.

Can be used with the FNR5 transmission found in Fusion 2 from 2009

For 2009 Fusion 2, this can be used instead of Motorcraft AFT. 3L. Because this tranny is made by Mazda, there is also a Mazda-branded fluid available.

It's a cinch to use. After draining about 3 quarts of dirty fluid from the trans pan without dropping it, I noticed a difference. I refilled the reservoir with 3 quarts of new fluid, and it's working much better now!.

This is the setup I have for my FNR5 (FS5A-1). EL) transmission, which necessitates M- Mazda fluid (V) If you're replacing the entire system, buy 10 quarts. About 9 bottles are used, but you should have 10 on hand just in case one is spilled.
