The oil used to make FORks is hydrolic oil. Engine oil is not what it claims to be. The motor oil does not contain detergents like an engine oil. Detergents present in motor oils reduce carbon deposits produced by combustion.

There were two options available purchase a lifetime supply or buy a tiny foil packet that is only good for one use, and costs an absurd I've been using it with my Cannondale Lefty PBR 2 for quite some time now. I have oil on hand for 0 forks, so I will be able to change it whenever I feel like it.
Cheaper fork oil, but easiest to handle. When I first started riding I would use Lucas oils, but when I found myself changing fork seals over and over again (wheelies and hard riding), I decided to switch. The fluid will be clear when drained, making it easier to detect contaminants. This is now my new favorite website.
There were a few RV YouTube channels that recommended this product. My local computer does not appear to have it. Because of Amazon, I was able to have my hydraulic lift system in my motorhome topped off.
I used these forks in my bike. I decided adding thicker fork oil would help my bike have more bite in the corners and provide a stiffer suspension overall, and it did. This mode of riding was the perfect combination of feeling secure and stable while braking in turns but not being bouncy when.
I upgraded the fork springs on my 2005 Goldwing based on a recommendation by Traxxion Dynamics. The springs were much smoother, handled better, and exhibited improved stability when they were oiled in this 20wt oil. I feel like I have a new bike and the Wing has become what it was designed.
There seemed to be no issues with the quality of the oil and it was delivered on time. It was a mistake on my part to order too much. In short order, I went to Cycle Gear and got a 32-ounce bottle for $9.
There is a lot of fluid spilled inside the Amazon bag of the item.
